How it works 

  • I base my training approach on science and data.

  • I utilise BMI calculations to assess your average body weight; while BMI isn't always perfect, it effectively serves the majority.

  • Additionally, I apply the Harris-Benedict formula to determine your daily energy expenditure, allowing us identify the calories needed to maintain your current form.

  • I typically guide my clients to maintain a 250-500 Kcal deficit, promoting a sustainable approach that helps avoid the yo-yo dieting effect.

  • As your online coach, I'm here to support you in making healthier choices while enjoying life—after all, progress is about taking small steps rather than halting entirely.

  • In the gym, I prioritise training for health and strength over fleeting trends, as the latter can lead to long-term health issues associated with performance enhancers.
